AKM Design offers a broad array of services, including architectural design, structural engineering, urban planning and regulatory certifications.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Senior Architectural Role based in our Dublin office. The senior role involves leading large scale Housing projects and developing innovative design solutions, and working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, providing integration across project components, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide leadership and management to our housing team to drive performance, employee development and learning while ensuring support to the team at all times.The candidate will play a significant role in the technical execution of projects.QualificationsAn ability to co-ordinate a number of different priorities at the same time.Proven experience in similar role, delivering comparable large scale housing projects.Proficiency in Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and industry best practices.Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Technical Degree such as Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.Experience in project leadership or senior architectural roles is highly desirable.
