Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs of projects up to €15M in various sectors including Commercial, Health Care, Residential and Industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Management: overseeing the financial aspects of projects from inception to completion.
* Project Procurement: coordinating tender queries and preparing reports.
* Payment Applications: submitting monthly project payment applications and cost reports.
* Cost Monitoring: tracking project expenses and agreeing variations with the design team.
* Financial Reporting: presenting regular updates on project performance to senior management.
Requirements:
* Education: degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Experience: at least 5 years working as a quantity surveyor with a main contractor on residential developments.
* Software Skills: proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
