Job Description
1. Assist the Finance Officer in administering debtors and creditors accounts, general administration across finance, property management, procurement and financial reporting.
2. Perform day-to-day book-keeping tasks including weekly lodgements, analysis of credit/debit payments, petty cash management.
3. Analyse monthly bank reconciliations on all accounts. Prepare profit/loss budgets for homelessness/division housing divisions as needed by management/funders accordingly implemented once senior approvals granted assist pay-roll processing coordination.
4.
