Cpl HR recruitment are recruiting for a HRBP for a FTC within the finance space. With over employees you will support a number of business units with local and global people initiatives in line with the company strategy.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Drive local HR initiatives
2. Coach and guide managers
3. Support in various recruitment campaigns
4. Drive internal success path ways for employees to develop skills and empower ability
5. Support and drive best practice on all employee relations issues
6. Be market savvy on all areas of competitive salaries and benchmark when needed
7. Drive ah hoc HR projects to support the people journey
Skills and experience required:
8. Experience in a Business Partnering capacity is essential
9. Must have experience working with Irish employment law
10. Degree in HR or other related subject
11. Experience in professional services would be an advantage
