This is a 12 Month fixed-term contract role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.

What the day will look like
As a Communications Associate, your day-to-day will be filled with opportunities to learn, support our client-facing teams, and deliver effective communications that drive business growth.
* Deliver impactful communication solutions to support the sales team's client engagement and growth initiatives.
* Respond to the Wealth business's on-demand communication needs, ensuring outputs are timely and accurate.
* Assist in the delivery of pay transparency projects, helping to ensure compliance and clear communications for clients.
* Maintain high standards for client communications, meeting agreed expectations and deadlines every time.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Some experience in communications, marketing, or human capital solutions, but not essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and respond quickly to changing priorities.
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
* Interest in financial services or pensions is a plus, but training will be provided.
