Sales and Marketing Manager Attractive Salary and Package Location: Arklow, Wicklow This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales and marketing professional to take ownership of driving commercial performance for a well known hospitality business.
The role focuses on shaping and delivering the overall commercial strategy, elevating brand visibility, and ensuring strong, sustainable revenue growth across rooms, weddings, events, corporate, and leisure.
Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will play a central part in maximising occupancy, positioning the property competitively, and strengthening key client relationships.
The Role Lead the overall sales and marketing function, ensuring commercial targets are met across all key revenue streams.
Develop and deliver annual sales and marketing plans, including pricing strategies, forecasting, and market analysis.
Oversee digital and traditional marketing activity, ensuring strong brand visibility and effective performance across all channels.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, tour operators, and community partners, proactively securing new business.
Represent the business at trade shows, showcases, and industry events.
Support the delivery of weddings, events, and group bookings through close collaboration with operational teams.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, ensuring high standards across communication and client engagement.
What We Are Looking For Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within hospitality or a related consumer focused sector.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue management and digital marketing.
A proactive approach to business development and a track record of securing new partnerships.
Confident communicator who can build relationships with corporate clients, agencies, tour operators, and community groups.
Leadership experience with the ability to support and develop a small team.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
