Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Perform general reception administration duties, including managing front desk operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments within the hotel.
* Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest room requests are met.
* Process reservations and handle any related queries or issues.
* Ensure all guests receive excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a 3/4* hotel is desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in computer software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Enthusiasm and a quick learning ability.
* Excellent customer care skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early and late hours.
