* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
* Monitor and maintain up-to-date records related to health, safety, and compliance.
* Investigate and manage reports of accidents and incidents, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
* Address health and safety issues in an efficient and professional manner, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
* Provide on-the-job training and coaching to colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a high level of health and safety awareness.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in construction safety, preferably in a similar regulatory environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Flexibility to travel across multiple sites, with a willingness to work varied hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
