Our client, a leading Irish wealth management and financial advisory firm, is seeking an administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to support advisers while gaining exposure to a broad range of wealth management, pensions, and investment services. The role is fully on site in Dublin City Centre.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a financial advisory firm or life & pensions broker
Knowledge of AML and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and numerical ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end administration of client portfolios
Support annual portfolio reviews and prepare valuations
Process new business across pensions, protection, and investment products
Liaise with product providers to ensure timely processing of applications
Communicate with clients regarding portfolios and applications
Assist advisers in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements
