**Job Title:** Head of Nursing Centric Health
**Reports to:** Chief Medical Officer
**Location:** Hybrid role, working from RSA House and on-site
**Minimum Requirements:
* 5 years' experience in Practice Nursing required.
**Contract: Permanent Full-time role (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday
**Travel Requirement:** Must be prepared to travel/drive across the Region as needed to support practices.

Purpose of Position:
* To provide effective leadership across the group and represent the Nursing colleagues at various committee levels.
* To revise, develop, and maintain clinical protocols for the nursing discipline.
* To support the delivery, focus, and communications around the Clinical Quality Indicators and actively support all four initiatives from a nursing perspective.
* To engage with local regional nurses in the conduct of Practice Audits, reporting, and supporting the clinical reporting and identification of clinical coding throughout the group.
* To ensure that Nurse/PCA and Phlebotomy colleagues are working within scope and opportunities are flagged and evaluated in terms of scope development.
* To ensure that the Nurse Induction Forums and Nurse Forums are relevant and inclusive.
* To support and guide clinical incidents in relation to Nurse and PCA/Phlebotomy colleagues from the opening phase to closure.
* To engage with Nurses, HR, and Practice Managers on performance issues related to clinical concerns.
* To identify, communicate, monitor, and deliver Nurse-led training to enhance overall group clinical objectives and patient outcomes.
* To liaise with colleagues on their continued professional development and appropriate courses.
* To work with members of CLT regarding Nurse Prescribing and Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
* To liaise with various educators on the facilitation of courses and sponsorship of the same.
Requirements:
* 5 years of continuous experience in Practice Nursing
* Registered General Nurse with NMBI
* Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
* Proven clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
