Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and contribute to the optimal performance of our production site.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised Electrical or Automation qualification and significant experience in maintenance and repair. They will be able to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, as well as maintain accurate records using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, and promoting a safety-first culture within the workplace. You will also contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and best-in-class maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
* Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
* Contribute to the plants Continuous Improvement (CI) and Focused Improvement programmes.
Requirements
* A recognised Electrical or Automation qualification.
* Significant experience in maintenance and repair.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, lean manufacturing, and reliability-centred maintenance.
