Warehouse Operative/StorespersonWe're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Storesperson to join our team in Future Nutrition.Based in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, Future Nutrition specialise in manufacturing beverages and supplements for the sports nutrition, health and wellbeing sector. This is a role where you will genuinely get involved in the day-to-day work and output of a busy client focused environment. The role offers a variety of experience to the right candidate and a vibrant environment to work in.Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand.You will be rostered on shift work Monday to Friday, 6-2 and 2-10 on alternate weeks and a shift premium is payable.Main duties and responsibilities:· Take delivery of goods and supplies· Organise deliveries to go out with the correct haulier or courier.· Identify and resolve delivery issues.· Check for damaged or missing items· Store goods appropriately· Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck· Load goods for dispatch· Ensure delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production standards· Input data regarding stock and inventory into a computerised system· Keep accurate stock records· Carry out stock counts as and when required· Keep paperwork up to date· Handle any hazardous materials in an appropriate manner· Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency· Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add valueRequirements:Previous experience in a warehouse/stores environmentForklift experience and valid licence is essentialComputer literate/IT skillsExcellent attention to detailAble to work effectively with other team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentGood planning and organisational abilitiesFlexible, reliable and conscientiousExperience in a food handling environment would be an advantageFull training and support will be given to the right candidate.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €34,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionOn-site parkingSick payEducation:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Experience:Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:Forklift Licence (required)Work Location: In person
