About the Job

This role involves managing a team of Caregivers, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring high quality care to Clients in their own homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, coordinating Client care plans and implementing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, drive and an empathetic nature.


The successful applicant will lead and motivate a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service provision while adhering to Company standards and HSE regulations. This includes developing relationships with Clients, Healthcare professionals and other stakeholders as well as promoting best practices throughout the organisation.
