Lead Sales Associate
We are seeking an experienced Lead Sales Associate to drive sales and lead a team of sales associates. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers, driving store results through effective merchandising, visual displays and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while fostering a culture of excellence in sales performance.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train and manage the team's daily activities ensuring seamless execution across all business functions including merchandise management, inventory control, cash handling and administrative tasks.
* Piercing Services: Conduct piercings with confidence while demonstrating patience empathy particularly with young anxious customers providing expert guidance throughout the process.
* Cash Handling Operations: Utilize POS system efficiently facilitate transactions handle cash deposits generate reports accurately maintaining smooth operation flow.
