Trades and Labour Management Role Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and management of on-site Trades and Labour personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing Mechanical & Electrical Trades services, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in similar projects across Ireland and Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Recruitment of Trades and Labour staff to Dornan projects
* Evaluating skillsets and training requirements
* Daily communication with Site Managers
* Weely communication with Finance & Payroll teams
A solid understanding of construction site compliance is essential, along with excellent organisational skills. This role also requires effective stakeholder management experience, as well as the ability to coordinate disciplinary procedures.
