Hotel Duty Manager
As a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities across all departments, acting as the main point of contact for both guests and staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions quickly. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in hotel management systems would be advantageous but not essential.
