Senior Sales Assistant
Location: Loughrea, Co. Galway
Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? If so, we are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our team at our store specializing in home items.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co-workers to deliver excellent sales service.
* Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational expectations.
* Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
* Learn and share expertise on products and trends to provide tailored recommendations for customers.
* Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, as well as current and upcoming trends.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic personality with a knack for engaging conversations.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Well-organized and efficient.
* Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
