About The Role
Proscia is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Channel Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. In this quota-carrying role, you’ll work closely with our channel partners to help sell Proscia’s AI-powered digital pathology platform to diagnostics labs, health systems, and life sciences organizations.
What You’ll Do
* Drive sales through channel partners by supporting joint customer conversations, demos, and commercial execution.
* Conduct regular funnel reviews with channel partner teams to surface new opportunities, identify gaps, and drive pipeline progression through data and insight.
* Build trusted relationships with channel partner sales teams and enable them on Proscia’s products, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy.
* Guide deals from interest to close, navigating partner & customer engagements with a high degree of autonomy.
* Travel up to 50% to support partner meetings, customer visits, and industry events across Europe.
What We’re Seeking
We’re Looking For Sharp, Collaborative Self-starters Who Thrive In Fast-moving Environments And Take Pride In Delivering Real Results.
* 3 years of experience in software/ AI sales, business development, or partner-facing roles in Healthcare/ Life Sciences.
* A strong “hunter” mentality: eager to drive deals and exceed quota.
* The ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate Proscia’s platform, AI-driven value proposition, and product portfolio to partners and prospects.
* Deep curiosity and willingness to learn the customer domain, especially pathology, diagnostic workflows, and lab operations.
* Confidence to run independent sales conversations and represent Proscia with credibility in front of partner teams and buyers.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and a metrics-driven approach to pipeline management.
* AI fluency: Experience using tools like ChatGPT and genuine interest in how AI is transforming healthcare.
