The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work weekdays and weekends as required, and have the ability to spot a lost slipper from 10 feet away, keep hearts warm and rooms tidy. They will also be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, creating meaningful events and activities for residents, planning and serving meals in a person-centred way, maintaining residents' fluid and food intake charts, liaising with the team on dietary requirements, and ensuring the kitchenette is kept clean and tidy.
