Pastry Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all guest food requests and dietary requirements are met, maintaining high-quality standards for all ingredients and products used, and upholding 5-star standards in mise en place, food preparation, cooking, presentation, and hygiene.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of chef experience in a similar environment, excellent knowledge of quality standards in line with 5-star expectations, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. They will also possess recognized chef qualifications, a strong training background, and good working knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
As a key member of our team, the Pastry Chef will be expected to communicate effectively with food service personnel, demonstrate flexibility, dedication, and a desire to grow within our 5-star resort.
