Our team focus is on delivering projects from inception to completion. We ensure robust quality systems are in place, managed in line with service excellence, alongside managing tasks and associated deliverables in support of the associate director and other senior leaders, as well as the wider project and client teams, to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Additionally, we manage end-to-end land acquisition processes, including consent documents, statutory powers, negotiation of heads of terms, liaison with landowners' agents and key stakeholders, and CPO compensation claims. Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams across sectors in Ireland is essential.

Active networking, innovation and best practice utilisation drive success. Key requirements include over 10 years experience in the Irish property market, recognised degree in property economics/surveying and chartered surveyor status, as well as membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional/personal development. Strong commercial and financial acumen, leadership and management experience, relationship management skills, carbon and sustainability knowledge and alignment with company values are necessary.
