Job DescriptionK Leisure is seeking candidates for the position of Lifeguard to join our team in Naas.Responsible for daily poolside operations in a busy health and leisure centre.Opening and closing poolManaging the safety of individuals and groupsPool water quality testingCompleting safety and compliance checklists daily.To communicate with customers and represent K Leisure in a polite and professional manner.QualificationsPool Lifeguard qualification essential - RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or Water Safety Ireland National Pool Lifeguard Award Level 2.Experience working in a swimming pool, gym, or leisure centre an advantage. Experience working as part of a team, or in a position that had routines, checklists, compliance procedures.Position DetailsApprox. 30 hours per week lifeguarding. Hours will vary for lifeguarding. Currently, will place preference on candidates that are flexible to work weekdays. The shift pattern for lifeguarding is Early Shift (05:45am start, finish between 10:00am-2:00pm), Midshift (starting and ending between 10:00am and 6:00pm), Late Shift (starting and ending between 2:00pm and 10:00pm).
