This role ensures that services meet all educational, regulatory, and quality standards while contributing to the organisation's mission and long-term strategic vision.
The postholder will lead regional operations teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across services.
Key Responsibilities Deliver sustainable services within agreed budgets, ensuring resources are managed efficiently and cost-effectively.
Lead the annual business planning process for the region.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data to evaluate performance and ensure Outcomes and Impact Measures agreed with funders are achieved.
Support strategic planning and the development of new services aligned with the organisation's five-year strategy.
Develop and maintain key relationships with funders (including ETBs and CHO regions), managing SLAs/contracts and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
