Our Global payroll department is looking for an experienced self-motivated system savvy Payroll Specialist to join our team.
Reporting to the Snr Payroll Manager, the Specialist will work closely with Internal stakeholders; GL and Stat Accounting, Treasury, HR and Total Rewards teams.
As an EMEA Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll administration for employees located across multiple EMEA countries.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external payroll providers to process payroll, resolve queries, and maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the coordination of all payroll cycles and payroll associated tasks, drive to evaluate and improve processes, and work collaboratively across multiple functions to improve the customer experience( employee experience) .

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities: Perform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations Ensure the accurate and timely end to end processing of payroll across multiple countries Audit payroll data to ensure accurate processing of wages, garnishments, tax withholdings and deductions Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, or the payroll process Assist with all payroll related audits
