We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team in delivering excellent service across the full employee life cycle. This is a high-volume, complex and fast-paced environment that requires proven skills in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR professionals.
* Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the HR team.
* Collaborate with the Group People Experience team to ensure aligned people practices.
* Anticipate and respond quickly to changes, providing agile support that balances client requirements with employee engagement and legal compliance.
* Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
* Drive the induction and orientation programme to embed company culture and compliance from day one.
* Manage absence and attendance to maintain operational efficiency.
* Act as the senior escalation point for complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
Key Requirements
* Significant HR management experience within a BPO environment (minimum 5 years in a leadership role).
* CIPD accreditation.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex employee relations casework.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
