Job Title:Client Sales Support II Contract: 12 Month FTC Workplace: Hybrid 2 days in office per week in Swords (Dublin) Office Hours:37.5 Reports to:Director, Sales Development (Commerce) Overview of Role This role supports one of BHNs largest accounts, An Post, by managing relationships with the Post Offices in Ireland. It involves regular store visits, merchandising, launching new products, and ensuring strong in-store presence and compliance. Youll also handle sales analysis, reporting, fraud checks, and stock planningespecially during peak seasons. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and An Post to drive performance, improve product visibility, and support day-to-day operations. What Youll Do Account Management: Support the relationship with An Post, managing the Post Offices through regular in-person visits and developing the BHN product range. Merchandising & Compliance: Maintain in-store displays, update POS materials, ensure compliance, and create accurate planograms to secure third-party income. Sales & Reporting: Handle sales analysis, weekly and ad hoc reporting, customer queries, and fraud monitoring to support business operations. Product Development: Coordinate the onboarding and testing of new physical and digital products, ensuring timely and accurate launches. Data & Trend Analysis: Work with internal teams to analyse store performance, optimize product placement, and identify new fixture opportunities. Operational Support: Manage stock forecasting, especially for peak periods, raise POs, update product catalogues, and support other accounts as needed. What Were Looking For Field Sales & Account Management: Proven experience in a field-based sales and/or account management role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Analytical & Data Skills: Skilled in analysing complex data sets, generating reports, and extracting actionable insights to support business decisions. Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage, interpret, and present data effectively. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Organisation & Initiative: Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or as part of a team under pressure. Additional Skills: Full Irish driving licence and a creative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
