Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Ford Team in South Dublin. The successful candidate will work from one of our state-of-the-art retail spaces in Sandyford, Dublin, and join our highly motivated and talented team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee sales by ensuring prospecting and follow-up activities are conducted by the Sales Team.
* Assess dealership sales performance and enhance sales processes, increase revenues, and drive the sharing of best practices across the sales department.
* Strategically set objectives and review sales and performance reviews while identifying future trends.
* Formulate and communicate sales targets to each executive.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2-3 years sales management experience in a target-driven environment - Motor Industry is essential.
* An ability to assess dealership sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales processes.
* Influential, analytical, and motivational leadership skills to coach the sales team to achieve and exceed financial goals.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Additional Responsibilities
* Plans and implements marketing strategies with the marketing department.
* Assist HR with employment relations, recruitment & selection, and people agenda queries.
* Conducts regular meetings and updates on any changes with the team.
