In this role you will:
* Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
* Assist in preparing client project funding documents
* Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress
* Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments
* Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
* Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan
* Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
* Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews
* Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders
* Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

* Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline

The salary range for this role is between $109,000 and $145,000 but actual salary is dependent on skill set, education and experience
