My client is looking for an AI & RPA manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their organisation based in Cork.Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.This is a permanent role.Responsibilities Define and deliver a multi year AI and Automation strategy aligned with enterprise transformation objectives.Develop and maintain an AI & RPA roadmap, including prioritisation of use cases and delivery of measurable business value.Lead and scale a sustainable AI & RPA programme covering design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.Govern AI initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and ethical standards, including EU AI Act requirements.Partner with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities and drive end to end change adoption.Build, lead, and develop high performing cross functional teams while managing budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.Key Skills & Experience 7+ years experience in senior technology or IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on AI and automation.Proven ability to design and execute enterprise AI strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.Hands on experience delivering solutions across the full SDLC within complex, regulated environments.Strong knowledge of AI governance, compliance frameworks, and modern IT architecture principles.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience advising senior leaders and influencing organisational change.Forward thinking mindset with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation at scale.
