Key Responsibilities Lead the coordination and delivery of direct marketing appeals and campaigns from start to finish, including data segmentation, creative development, production, and fulfilment.
Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to deliver compelling campaigns that achieve KPIs and income targets.
Conduct detailed post-campaign reporting to optimise future fundraising activity.
Champion innovation across channels such as direct mail, email marketing, social media, and telemarketing.
Develop and refine donor journeys to drive acquisition, retention, and repeat giving.
Maintain accurate donor records and campaign reporting through a CRM database.
Provide support for donation processing and general administrative tasks.
Collaborate across fundraising teams and contribute to wider departmental goals.
Assist at events and appeals, occasionally outside normal working hours.
Key Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in fundraising, marketing, communications or project management.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) for data input, extraction, and analysis.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
Flexible availability for some evening and weekend work during key events.
Desirable for the Role A third-level qualification in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline.
Previous experience working in the non-profit or charitable sector.
Background in database analysis and donor data management.
A passion for social impact and a problem-solving mindset.
An understanding of homelessness or related social issues in Ireland.
