Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your designated section Collaborate with the senior kitchen team on daily ordering, pricing, and supplier communications Help minimise food waste and contribute to cost-effective kitchen operations Train and guide junior staff in line with the expectations of a skilled Chef de Partie Assist in recipe development, food tastings, and menu costings for all hotel outlets Maintain excellent hygiene standards and complete HACCP records accurately Monitor kitchen equipment and report any faults immediately Reflect the hotels mission and values in your day-to-day work Requirements Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment Strong cooking, presentation, and organisational skills Banqueting or multi-outlet kitchen experience is an advantage A passion for quality, creativity, and continuous development Knowledge of HACCP and safe working practices Team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a thriving kitchen Rewards Salary of €35,000 Be part of a passionate, professional kitchen team Exposure to high-end menus and creative development BURAMB22 INDCAT2 Skills: Cooking Kitchen Organised Benefits: See Description
