Cpl has a requirement for a Clerical Officer to provide administrative support to a Healthcare Clinic in Cork.
- 3 month contract initially
- 35 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
- €16.93/hour
- Site-based role (no remote working)
What you will be doing:
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Updating shared folders and filing
- Liaising with other departments/agencies obtaining files as required
- Handling phone calls coming into the department from stakeholders
- Inputting and updating statistics on an Excel spreadsheet, processing data for reports etc.
- File preparation and uploading case files to the database
- Both front and back office duties
What you will have:
- At least 6-12 months of professional administration experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisation
