Finance Manager Role Overview

This key role involves overseeing the financial management of multiple markets and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy finance department, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in speaking German is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities include:

* Financial data analysis and record management across multiple markets
* Processing invoices and bank payments, as well as reconciliation of bank statements, accruals, prepayments, tax accounts, and other balance sheet accounts
* Preparing and reconciling cost recharges across multiple intercompany entities
* Assisting with monthly financial reporting
* Working closely with third-party providers and overseeing services provided


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Part qualified Chartered accountant or qualified Accounts technician
* Advanced Excel and accounting software experience required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with service providers and team members
* Problem-solving abilities: analytical thinking and the ability to resolve discrepancies in financial records
