Project Cost Manager Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial information to support project targets and monitoring progress commercially.
* Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work environment.
* Assist in estimating and tender preparation, utilizing costing information to monitor performance against predetermined costs.
* Support project planning functions, help define project budget and pricing additional works/contract variations.
A strong background in quantity surveying or a related field, combined with five years of experience in civils & utilities projects, is essential for this role. Knowledge of various contract types and the legal framework is also crucial.
