Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
* Understand client requirements, objectives, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
* Identify opportunities to propose solutions that align with client objectives and drive mutual value.
Commercial Acumen
* Pursue new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
* Follow up on sales enquiries and leads within 24 hours to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
Collaboration & Administration
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to key accounts.
* Gather and share market and customer intelligence with relevant stakeholders.
* Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations as required.
* Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries within 24 hours.
Continuous Learning
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and building networks.
* Participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and support career growth.
