We are the largest and longest established Commercial Property Management business operating in the Irish commercial property market. Our client list includes many of the most established Irish and International commercial investors. We are continually investing in our Property Management business both in terms of systems and people and have an exciting role for an ambitious person to join our team immediately. This role involves the comprehensive management of commercial properties within our Dublin 16 - Dundrum portfolio, with a strong emphasis on front of house operations and tenant services.The role will suit a building manager or facilities manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial property management environment, with demonstrated front of house experience in commercial settings.Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House OperationsProvide exceptional front of house services to tenants and visitors in Dublin 16 - Dundrum commercial propertiesManage reception areas, lobbies, and common areas to maintain professional standardsCoordinate visitor management systems and tenant communicationsOversee concierge services and building presentation standardsHandle tenant inquiries and requests promptly and professionallyProperty ManagementManaging property to an agreed budgetManaging planned and reactive works by engaging contractors via our purchase order systemReviewing works done and approving invoices via our Yardi Property Management SystemWorking with senior team members to prepare budgets each yearWorking with senior team members to review expenditure quarterly and at each year endLiaising with Tenants on a regular basis regarding general operations within the properties managedFacilities and MaintenanceReviewing, negotiation and tendering works to contractors in respect of service contractsPreparation of reports for clients and senior team members regarding the condition of propertiesManaging planned preventative maintenance programmes and asset registersRegular on-site visits and documenting inspections of the Dublin 16 - Dundrum properties managedCompliance and SafetyImplementation and management of Health and Safety and Insurance requirementsLiaising with insurance brokers with any queries which may ariseImplementing and managing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiativesUploading key data for properties managed to a selected ESG platformEssential RequirementsProperty or Facility Management qualification requiredMinimum 3 years front of house experience in commercial property environmentTechnical knowledge and/or Facilities Management experienceExperience managing Dublin commercial properties preferredKey Skills and AttributesEffective communicator with strong interpersonal skills for front of house interactionsExcellent customer service orientation and professional presentationCan-do attitude and team playerExcellent IT and Organisational SkillsStrong initiative and problem-solving abilitiesA capability for achieving targets and meeting deadlinesOrganised task manager who can handle several regular deadlinesExperience with tenant liaison and visitor management systemsIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements below.
