We are partnering with a global, highly regulated manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Procurement Manager for a 12-month contract, with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent for the right individual.
This is a hands-on role focused on managing a portfolio of products, with responsibility for driving value, identifying opportunities, and leading negotiations.
You'll work closely with site and global stakeholders, supporting production plans and contributing to long-term growth as the business scales globally.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end procurement management (MRP, POs, vendor scheduling, inventory positioning)
* Drive cost savings, supplier optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering and supply chain teams
* Support purchasing strategy aligned with production and project targets
* Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with internal policies and systems (SAP)
Key Requirements
* 7+ years' experience in procurement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
* SAP experience essential
* Experience in regulated environments desirable (pharma experience not required)
* Fluent English
