We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Independent & Private Schools.
As a Catering Manager You'll
* Ensure financial aspects of the catering operation are managed within the client’s agreed guidelines.
* Deliver Sodexo’s Fresh Food from Scratch food offer and innovate with themed events and student engagement.
* Recruit, train, and lead a team, ensuring development, performance, and engagement.
* Manage compliance with Sodexo policies including Health & Safety and financial control systems like Right Time and DRIVE.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2-3 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
* HND or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications are an advantage.
* Strong financial acumen and front-of-house presence.
* Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and organisational skills.
