Job Overview:
This is a critical role that requires unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. As a Quality Technician II, you will be responsible for providing technical support to engineering teams, implementing corrective actions, and managing nonconforming products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Engineering Department in supporting process development during new product launches.
2. Develops and implements process improvements by assisting in researching and validating changes in processes/equipment.
3. Monitors and reports on key quality metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, drive decision-making, and support strategic planning.
4. Trains operators on processes and engineering changes, and performs operator certification on-the-job training and quality awareness programs.
Requirements:
* A Higher Certificate in Engineering Studies, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
* At least 2-5 years of experience in medical devices.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results within tight timelines.
