The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative medical devices that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement new product strategies, focusing on project planning, design, development, testing, characterization, analysis and reporting.
* Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to deliver new products to market in line with divisional goals.
* Create and track project schedules, plans and budgets for the development of new products (or line extensions) and assess department priorities.
Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
* • Product Development: Coordinates all aspects of product development activity related to a product line.
