As a pioneering technical leader, you will design and optimize bidding strategies, drive innovation, shape the technical roadmap, and collaborate across domains to influence the future of advertising technology.
About the Role:
* Co-Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the bidding strategy framework for real-time ads.
* Collaborate with technical leads to define the long-term bidding strategy and ecosystem vision.
* Conduct research on next-generation auction mechanisms, game-theoretic approaches, and reinforcement learning for smart bidding.
Responsibilities:
* Develop advanced strategies for smart bidding, budget allocation/pacing, and bid landscaping, and campaign performance optimization.
* Solve complex challenges in budget fulfillment, cold start deployment, campaign stability, anti-fraud, and attribution.
* Publish and present research findings in top-tier journals, conferences, and industry forums.
* Mentor engineers and data scientists, elevating their technical capability.
Requirements:
* Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related fields.
* Domain expertise: rich experience in computational advertising, particularly in bidding, reinforcement learning, auction mechanism design, or game theory.
* Innovation track record: proven ability to propose, design, and deliver next-generation bidding frameworks, with successful application experience in smart bidding, budget pacing, campaign stability, anti-fraud, and attribution.
* Research leadership: strong academic background, with publications in top conferences/journals preferred.
