Hiring Opportunity: Human Resources & Payroll Administrator
This position offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, working alongside an experienced People Business Partner and Director.
* Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end payroll for 120 employees, including managing new hires and offboarding processes
* Manage the HR inbox, assist with people-related queries and maintain accurate data entry in various systems
* Coordinate recruitment processes from interviews to onboarding, inputting monthly payroll changes as needed
* Administer employee changes documents; pay reviews, bonus letters, job promotions etc Management of Leave Requests Managing new hires
