About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead integration projects following recent acquisitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of complex, high-impact IT infrastructure and end-user services initiatives, managing a mix of business-as-usual (BAU) and dedicated project staff. This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to work across multiple teams to ensure the successful execution of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage complex IT integration projects from initiation through delivery.
* Coordinate with both BAU teams and dedicated project resources to deliver project objectives.
* Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.
* Drive collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Communicate project status to leadership and escalate issues as required.
* Ensure alignment with business goals and operational needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of experience in IT project management, particularly within technology and infrastructure.
* Industry certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred.
* Demonstrated experience delivering Office 365 migrations, IT infrastructure, or End User Services projects.
* Proficient in managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to lead mixed project teams (BAU and dedicated project members).
* Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership and drive outcomes.
* Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Experience with post-acquisition integration projects.
