Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage expert knowledge of our product portfolio and market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and industry stakeholders.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including OEM and project-based sales.
Product & Market Management:
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio and market trends.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and enhancements.
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform product positioning and sales tactics.
Operational Excellence:
* Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
* Attend product training, supplier visits, and industry events as required.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelors degree or higher in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years experience selling a range of construction materials, with a proven record of achieving sales and margin targets while managing key stakeholders internally and externally.
