About the Role
We are seeking a Soft Play Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our busy soft play centre. The role includes managing staff, ensuring high standards of safety and cleanliness, managing stock control and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring equipment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
-Supervise staff; manage weekly staff rotas
-Enforce health & safety compliance, and maintain hygiene standards.
-Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries and complaints professionally.
-Manage bookings, parties and school tours.
-Support café/food retail operations, stock control, and cash handling.
-Oversee social media content to boost engagement.
Requirements
* Experience in similar leadership roles
-Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
-Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
-Experience with staff scheduling.
-First Aid certification (training can be provided)
-Manual Handling (training can be provided)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
