Role Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final accounts. Key duties include:
* Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
* Managing contract variations, valuations, and interim applications
* Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
* Ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligations
* Supporting project planning and risk management activities
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical, M&E, or decarbonisation sectors
* Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
* A proactive, solution-focused approach to cost management
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
