Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Enquiries: Handle guest enquiries relating to reservations, sales, and other services in a competent and efficient manner.
* Room Information: Accurately describe all rooms, services, and facilities available at the hotel and be fully familiar with room rates and service prices.
* Customer Service: Respond to guests' enquiries in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they are treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
* Sales: Proactively sell bedrooms at the best rate possible and maximize opportunities for secondary sales such as upgrades, dinners, and activities.
The ideal candidate will have previous hotel reservations experience, be a good planner and self-starter, enthusiastic, revenue driven with high attention to detail, and possess professional communication skills.
