Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

* Lead, develop, and support the Quality Engineering and Technician team.
* Provide Quality leadership and technical input across manufacturing projects.
* Ensure effective operation and continual improvement of the QMS, including document control and internal audits.
* Oversee product and process risk management in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Manage supplier approval, qualification, and audits.
* Oversee batch release and related quality decisions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
* Degree in Science or related field.
* 5+ years' experience in Medical Device or Pharma industry.
* 2+ years in a senior or supervisory Quality role.
* Strong knowledge of QMS and regulations.
* Proven cross-functional collaboration in regulated settings.
