Position Summary
The Team Leader – Educogym Model & Business Growth is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team across four locations to deliver exceptional client results, achieve ambitious sales targets, and drive business growth in line with the Educo Model.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for health and fitness, strong sales acumen, and the ability to maintain team morale and retention while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
* Lead, train, and inspire a team of fitness consultants across multiple sites.
* Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
* Conduct daily huddles and Weekly Action Plan (WAP) reviews.
* Foster a results-driven, high-energy work environment.
2. Sales & Business Growth
* Drive Front End (FE) conversions, upgrades, and referrals.
* Achieve monthly gross new active client targets from in-gym efforts.
3. Client Retention & Relationship Management
* Maintain 95%+ monthly client retention.
* Ensure measurable client results in line with the Educo Model and University Average.
4. Marketing & Community Engagement
* Provide weekly trainer/client content for marketing.
* Organise and deliver at least one event or workshop per month.
5. Operations & Compliance
* Track and analyse sales data.
* Ensure all team members comply with Educogym policies and standards.
* Cover personal training or group classes when required.
KPI Expectations
Leadership Team KPIs – Leading Others:
* Team Sales Achievement – 100%+ of monthly targets
* Staff Retention ≥ 90% annually
* +10 new active clients/month from in-gym efforts
* FE Conversion Rate ≥ 80%
* Client Retention ≥ 95% monthly
* Weekly marketing content
* 4+ hours coaching per team member/month
Personal Development KPIs – Enhancing Your Skills:
* Personal Sales
* Retail Sales
* Referrals
* Client Results
* ≥ 90% training attendance
* 100% class coverage when required
Bonus Structure – Priority KPI Execution
At the start of each month or quarter, the CEO & Operations Manager will agree 3 Priority KPIs with the Team Leader.
These are the main focus for bonus eligibility, though all other KPIs must still be supported.
Bonus Eligibility: 100% achievement of the 3 agreed KPIs within the review period.

Pay: €40,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
