Job Title: Customer Operations Specialist
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage inbound and outbound phone calls, ensure accurate customer records, drive sales growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage phone interactions in an efficient and timely manner.
* Collect customer information through telephone calls.
* Respond to customer inquiries via the virtual call centre.
* Maintain up-to-date customer records in compliance with relevant regulations.
* Drive sales to meet performance targets.
* Identify, develop, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
* Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland and pass background checks.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
